LAYAWAY AGREEMENT TERM
1/3 of sale price is due on date of transaction. 1/3 of the total is due 30 days from date of initial transaction. Final balance due no later than 60 days from initial transaction. There will be a $10.00 late fee penalty assessed if the first 30 day payment is not paid on the required date. If final payment is not made by the 60 day time limit, the customer will forfeit all money paid towards stated merchandise, and said merchandise will be returned to store stock.
