Washburn WCG18CE Comfort Grand Auditorium Acoustic Electric Guitar
The Washburn Comfort Series WCG18CE Acoustic-Electric Guitar is handcrafted with a select spruce top with a mahogany back and sides. Its Grand Auditorium body shape with spruce top produces full-bodied tone with excellent projection. Washburn departs from tradition with with Comfort Series with the addition of arm and belly contours. This new body style combines the best of both acoustic and electric worlds to create the ultimate playing experience whether you’re at home or onstage. Players who are more accustomed to playing electric guitars will love the slim, comfortable 25.5” scale "C" shape neck of the Washburn WCG18CE. Other touches include an abalone rosette, wood binding, engraved "W" on the neck heel, sealed precision tuners, and "Washburn" inlayed on the headstock. The Washburn WCG18CE also features the easy to operate Fishman Isys+ Tuner/Preamp system. Located on the guitar's upper left side, the Fishman's separate gain, bass, and treble controls allow you shape your tone in mid-performance. Pressing a Phase switch boosts low end when playing at reduced volume and helps mitigate feedback at higher volume levels as well. The WCG18CE also features an onboard LED tuner with auto-mute for silent tuning onstage. Case not included.
